As the Managing Director of CMK Engineering Consultants Pte. Ltd., Er. Koo is a Professional Engineer in Singapore with over 21 years of experience in planning, design and management of numerous major projects to timely completion and within the project budget. These include 52 levels office tower with 3 level basement (Capital Tower) at Robinson Road, the Northvale Condominium development at Choa Chu Kang, Bedok Green Secondary School at Bedok North Ave. 3, Bukit Merah Secondary School at Lengkok Bahru, Changi Airport Group Contract - Proposed Construction of New Taxi Deck, Vehicular Bridges, Ramps and Associated works at Singapore Changi Airport.
Er. Koo also has extensive experience and technical knowledge in the Civil and infrastructure Construction as he had been involved in the supervision of Mass Rapid Transit Contract 920 Newton Station Project in Singapore, PUB Deep Tunnel Sewerage System - Kim Chuan Link Sewers Contract 1, Seletar Link Sewers Contract 1, LTA Contract- Proposed Flyover West West Coast Highway Across Jalan Buroh, PUB Contract – Improvement to Sungei Pandan Kechil (Ayer Rajah Expressway to West Coast Road, PUB Contract – ABC Waters Project at Serangoon Reservoir, Sungei Pinang and Hougang Avenue 10.
